BlackBox HOLO uses 3 interchangeable film guides to work across all popular film formats:
- a 35mm film guide,
- a 6x6 film guide which works for 6x6 and 6x4.5 medium format frames,
- a 6x9 film guide that is used for scanning 6x9 or 6x7 medium format frames.
 
Every film guide has a velvet coating inside to protect your film from scratches and clean it from dust. A HOLO film guide is attached to the light case unit of the BlackBox HOLO system with two hand screws.
